Washer repair services seem to make all their income by charging people to come out for 5 minutes to tell you "It's not your washer, you have a plumbing problem.". They quote you $114. but ends up $148. That's an expensive tank of gas!!! I will be reporting all scheisters to BBB, like that will do any good!!!😡. We are old & are out $500. to 2 washer machine repair people ,& Roto Rooter (who charged $225. to come access the problem then wants to come out a 2nd time to give a "Proper Estimate"!!!🤬
Trash, they say they can get a tech here the next day between 7am and 6pm, but they don't let you know when they aren't showing up. So you basically waste a day waiting on a no call and no show technician.
Severely over priced. Called for a washer repair which cost $116 simply to look at it. The technician then said the part needed (a value) would cost nearly $500 and the decision to accept service had to be made right then, or another service fee would have to be paid in order to get the repair(but it would be 50% of the current fee). Twice in one week I had scheduled appts and they no call/no showed both times! I took off from work the first time and waited all day for them not to show. I then rescheduled and had my parents come sit because I could not take off another day and low and behold, another no show without the courtesy of calling. When I called to complain about the two no show appts, the guy asked if I would like to reschedule…I said “sure if you waive the diagnostic fee”…he said “I’m sorry we can’t do that” after I lost a day of work they co... read more
It should not take a month to get a service call for your refrigerator. Then they canceled an appointment after I took off work. When a tech finally showed up, they were knowledgeable.
