NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! This was the most awful experience ever. All day they tried to sell me a warranty. They finally arrived a 8pm when the latest if was supposed to be was 11AM. The technician diagnosed the problem aa a bad evaporator fan motor that would cost $780+ dollars to fix. I declined the repairs and paid the call out fee of $129.00 I call another appliance company and there was nothing wrong with the evaporator fan motor. I’d give them NEGATIVE 5 states if I could! Sears Home Services is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I took off from work on 06/12/2026 because I had an appointment to have my air conditioner repaired. Halfway through the day, they sent me a message saying my appointment was reschedule for 06/19/2026. I tried calling customer service but all of the numbers I found online (4) only took me to an automated system that only gave the option to cancel or reschedule my appointment. They gave me a window 7am- 6pm. Stayed around the house all day. I received a call @ 5:50 pm saying hey can we reschedule for tomorrow between 7 am to 6pm. Smh wasted my time
Made an appointment. No one showed up or contacted me. And there was no way to reach them.
