They gave me a window 7am- 6pm. Stayed around the house all day. I received a call @ 5:50 pm saying hey can we reschedule for tomorrow between 7 am to 6pm. Smh wasted my time
Made an appointment. No one showed up or contacted me. And there was no way to reach them.
The tech that came out was nice enough and charged the service fee that with tax was about $143, but when he diagnosed what was wrong with my dryer, it was a bad timer, the quote he gave me to fix it was over $700. I said no thank you, that’s more than I paid for my dryer. I called a local appliance parts place and bought it for $133. When I went to fix it myself, my dryer electrical panel would not open because it wasn’t put back together correctly. Washer repair services seem to make all their income by charging people to come out for 5 minutes to tell you "It's not your washer, you have a plumbing problem.". They quote you $114. but ends up $148. That's an expensive tank of gas!!! I will be reporting all scheisters to BBB, like that will do any good!!!😡. We are old & are out $500. to 2 washer machine repair people ,& Roto Rooter (who charged $225. to come access the problem then wants to come out a 2nd time to give a "Proper Estimate"!!!🤬
Trash, they say they can get a tech here the next day between 7am and 6pm, but they don't let you know when they aren't showing up. So you basically waste a day waiting on a no call and no show technician.
