The onsite service was professional, courteous and efficient. However, appointments were cancelled, requiring rescheduling, and it is impossible to reach a human being on the phone.
Great work and was very courteous.
Sears service can be relied on to be on time, courteous, professional and neat. Unfortunately, my dishwasher is beyond repair, but the technician did all he could to get it up and running.All of my appliances are covered by Sears Home Service and it gives me great peace of min!
