Technician I would give a 5 star. The sears service itself- zero stars! * Your phone/online service are terrible. You can not get ahold of anyone. I tried all the options on the phone tree and it's basically just a loop. You can't get a live person. I tried the online chat multiple times and asked them to call me. They said they can't so I asked for a manager and was disconnected every time. You need to work on this. Thank goodness the serviceman finally called me about the appointment. The repair people were very good. Your supply chain can be improved. It took three weeks to get one part we were waiting for, Tough to live without a microwave these days.
I could check online to see when the service person was expected to arrive. They called before arriving. The service person was friendly and courteous and completed the repair very quickly. I did a load of laundry today and the washer worked perfectly.
