Update May 21 woke up to fridge smelling. Fridge not cooling through the entire day and making loud sounds. They can't send anyone out until June 15. Very disappointed that repairs appts take more than 3 weeks. I had no idea the fridge wasnt fixed and ruined my diabetes meds which have to be kept at a constant temp. My blood sugars are so unstable because of it despite months of stable readings. I now have to use a mini fridge for my medication. I wish I had avoided this service and just bought a new fridge. UPDATE...At first I was very happy because the tech did work hard and showed me the work he did and the freezer no longer was frozen jn the back. However, the FRIDGE PART NEVER GOT COLD AND THE ICE MAKER STOPPED MAKING ICE BY DAY 3. THE PART THAT HE UNFROZE IS STARTING TO GET ICE AGAIN. I CALLED BACK AND THEY CANT COME OUT UNRIL MAY! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I SPENT MONEY REPAIRING Based on the techs suggestion.

My technician Danny exceeded my expectations and treated me like family. First, he was over 30 minutes early to the job.He was pleasant and knowledgeable.
