Repairman showed up unprepared to fix the dishwasher and didn't know how to fix it. Ordered a part and I had to wait 3 weeks for follow up to install the part. When he showed up he replaced the part but it was not the problem. Unable to figure out how to properly fix the issue, he didn't charge me for the right part and suggested I just get a new dishwasher. Still had to pay for the service call when he did mothing
Our technician has always been so nice to us. Really nice guy and knows what he is doing. A real asset to the company.

I had to wait 4 weeks for a technician to come repair my freezer/ice maker. I had to take time off work to be home during their 4 hour window. No one showed up and no one called to cancel. When I finally got through to them, I was given an apology and told to cancel. One of the 3 customer services reps informed me that the technician declined my repair on the day of. 2 supervisors, a “manager” and hours on the phone, got me nowhere.
