This is the biggest scam ever they push there appliance insurance on loyal customers and when ever you try to book an appointment they give you the run around. Customer service reps are horrible and don’t understand the urgencies of a customer they just direct you to a number that puts you on hold for hours DO NOT RE PURCHASE INSURANCE!!
Pésima su garantía según me dijeron todo iba a ser super rápido y la verdad que nada vino alguien a ver el refrigerador y dijo que en 2 semanas llegaban las partes a la casa y que le llamará para que lo arreglará pues ya lleva 3 semanas y media y es hora que todavía no llegan las partes les marque que no llega nada de partes y me dice que el no puede hacer nada si no mandan las partes y eso lo entiendo pero ya estoy desesperado ya Boy para 1 mes sin refrigerador
