A-I scheduling is horrible! We were cancelled 8 times!!!!
Max did a good job of diagnosing the problem. Decided to have repaired. Made an appointment only to show up without the part. Made another appointment to get fixed. He then stated that a fitting on the hose was cracked and not his fault (old) so we had to order a new hose (of course this added another several day). Finally got the new hose for repair. Happened to be home and saw the old hose was cracked in the flexible part not the fitting. Lied to my wife. Appeared like was damaged was caused when he pulled it out. He then ... read more
