We were given a 1-5pm arrival window to have our dishwasher fixed. At 8pm, an AI assistant texted to cancel our appointment. They couldn’t reschedule for another 3 days. Unacceptable - we waited 7 hours for a repair man to show up. So not only did they not show up, a bot texted.
