A repair man come to diagnose our dishwasher and the service call was very efficient and professional. We paid for the service fee for diagnosis, but since then we have not been able to get ANY response in two months to our repeated requests for an official estimate for us to submit to our warranty provider. There is literally no way to talk to a real person, and no way to email. We are beyond frustrated and just need documentation to submit to our third party warranty provider so we can get this dishwasher fixed! If anyone ... read more
First, I will say that the technician that came was very polite and professional, which is why I give 2 stars instead of 1. However, I ended up getting charge almost $400 basically just to unclog a hose that, once i saw how he did it, would've taken me not even 5 minutes and no special tools or materials needed. The technician did also clean up a bit of the hair and dirty buildup under the fridge at no additional charge(sounded like normally they would charge another $50 for that), but still...almost $400 for a less than 5 m... read more
