They sent a refrigerator tech to repair my washer. He wasn’t trained or schooled for washer repair. He spent most of the time on google watching the repair video. We were both frustrated, and disappointed with Sears. Never again.
Sears Home Service wastes the customer's time by not having the parts on the truck. It always takes two visits to complete a repair. My dishwasher has broken multiple times over the years and the issue is always the control panel but they will never order that part before the first visit. Sears doesn't value my time.
No longer here
It was horrible. I havebee. Waiting a year to have the ice aching replaced. I have called atleast 4 times trying to to resolve this. I paid my co payment last year. Now they are telling me the order was closed and I have to reopen the account and pay another co payment. I am turning in a complaint.
No real person!!
