Our appointments were repeatedly rescheduled without any notice, and the repair took more than three months to complete. To make matters worse, during the work, our personal belongings were used without our knowledge or permission and were left extremely dirty. Frankly, some of these items are now no longer usable, and we believe we should be compensated for the damage.
This was a diagnostic visit not a full repair job. The service person arrived early and was very efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly but the cost of the repair itself was pretty close to the price of buying a new dryer. We decided not to proceed with the repair because of the cost.
Waste of time and charged some cleaning fee which makes no sense and they do t pick up your call after they leave the appointment.
Overall service was OK and they take more time to order parts and multiple visits to fix it. Also the AHS program is not having any alternative options to the Sears Home Service.
