Replaced top rack , after he left I went to load and right side of top rack fell off when pulled out to load dishwasher , I have now another new claim … hopefully with a new tech that knows what they are doing !

This was the worst service experience I've ever experienced in my entire life. The technician was malignant from the time he got out of his car. He explicitly stated, before leaving my house, that he likes to argue. My oven wasn't working and all that needed to be done was to turn the gas back on to the oven. Why the technician didn't check that the first time he came to check the oven issue is beyond me.
