We requested service for a washer under AHS. Over 5 weeks, Sears sent 4 different technicians who did not have enough experience to do the repair. Extremely poor service and unprofessional technican who struglled to instal the panel, left the washer loose without completing the installation. In the middle of the job, he needed to order controller unit and detergent dispenser. He said he would go outside to his truck for 5 mins to complete the order authorization.He went out and took off. WORST REPAIR COMPANY!!! I bought a washer less than a year ago, and it already broke down. The insurance company assigned Sears as the repair provider. After multiple cancellations and rescheduled appointments, ordering the wrong parts, and even damaging existing parts, they twice falsely reported to the home insurance company that the washer had been repaired when it had not.
