Had a scheduled repair about 10 days out. The time interval they gave was anytime between 8am-5pm. I got a call at 4:59 pm the day of the appointment asking if today still worked and saying they were about 30 min out. No apologies given. I replied with "Are you serious" and the guy hung up. They also didn't provide any # to reach anyone at. Avoid this company at all costs.
Ty was super great and professional and took time to explain everything I needed to know without making me feel bad or overwhelmed, which was greatly appreciated!!!
This is the 4th or 5th time that my refrigerator has gone out, I have lost a lot of food and time it had better be fixed this time!!!

* Ty was amazing! He did a fantastic job keeping me informed on what he was doing. He fixed my issue that I had a previous company come out 2 times about. I couldn't thank him enough! Super affordable. I highly recommend.
