Ray, our service technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He called to let us know when he was on his way, and took the time to do extra things like vacuum inside and around the dryer, which he certainly did not have to do. A quick and painless repair!
Called to see how much a service call was and a timeframe. Told the lady I would call her back after I spoke with my husband. She was pushy about getting an appointment put on the books. Again, I had to tell her I needed to speak with my husband. I find this a very pushy practice. Had she not been pushy with me about scheduling an appointment, this business would have gotten a call back for service. Instead we are just going to purchase a new washer. Stop being so pushy people!
