NOT WORTH IT EVEN IT WARRANTIED. Tech was wonderful and did great work repairing the fridge (4 yr old Kenmore with bad fan leading to bad compressor). All warrantied except fan which was purchased for about $200 through Sears. AFTER 6 WEEKS of no working fridge, all the parts arrived and Tech made repairs. Tech was wonderful, but after leaving and hoping to have a working fridge (esp with young children in the house), it broke down again 8 hours later. Pretty poor service and communication. Was promised service between 1 and 5 PM on Saturday. An hour and 15 minutes prior to start of window, I was notified that technician would arrive between 4:39 and 6:09 PM, but he never showed and never called! Absolutely no text, call or email from anyone on missed appointment. When checking link in original text, appointment had been moved from Saturday to Weds! If you want someone to show up, try a different service.
My husband and I both took off work to be home the entire window of time quoted 1-4). They ran late, and we accommodated that too. As of 9 pm it still said the technician was on the way, but then the tracking abruptly ended, claiming "no one answered the phone or was at home". The technician LIED- we had been home 8 hours waiting for them!
