Technician never came; no one ever contacted us though the map kept saying “You’re 2 stops away!” Ultimately, they rescheduled us without consulting with us. Repair window is all day, 8-5, and they still never showed. There is no phone number to call and no chat feature with a real person. There are better options in Durham - please use those!
Fast friendly service.
Our washing machine was fixed by another repair company (drain pump replaced) and then had electric current on the outside (!!). An electrician measured it and confirmed it was about 120V. The original technician returned and said it wasn’t from him and the washer just needed to be replaced all together. This sears technician came quickly (the following day) and found the problem (connector wires frayed and barely hanging on) and fixed it for us. It is working great now. Very thankful.
The technician phoned ahead of time to give an indication as to when he would arrive. He was prompt and very courteous. He figured out the problem with my dryer. He explained it to me and did the repair. Great service!
Sears home service Repair We have an issue with our stove due to a gas leak. We reached out to Sears Home Repair. Paid almost $400 for repairs. That should have been for both part and service. As of now we still have no part and no service. It's been almost 4 weeks. Refund is still pending. Called/email several Sears home repair numbers and emails.
