I scheduled repair o my dryer with Sears Home services. The tech came, climbed on top of my dryer rather then moving it and caused a big dent. Without testing anything or even opening up dryer just ordered thermal sensor and a couple of parts and scheduled repair with a total cost of $400. After parts arrived another tech came and installed parts. next day the dryer had exact same issues. I called Sears and scheduled subsequent appointment. Nice but very expressive.
The service tech came i paid them the service fee which was agreed upon. He looked up the part number for a new motor for the oven and then looked at the range said call some one else I am not interested in fixing the stove ill only fix the oven and then tried to sell me a warrenty. Then left fixing nothing. Would never use again. Beware this is a scam company.
Sears customer service is in the Philippines, good luck getting ahold of someone who actually will help. They charge $105 JUST to show up. I was given a $445 quote to replace 1 $70 part on my refrigerator. Sears was once the gold standard of service and now they just scam customers. Avoid like the plague.
