Attempted to have my refrigerator serviced by this company. Had to take off work to wait for the repairman. Window they gave me was between 8am and 5pm. The estimated arrival continued to get later and later until, without contacting me, they rescheduled the appointment for 3 days later. I cancelled. Won't give them my business EVER again.

Set up an appointment for a tech to diagnose a refrigerator that wasn't cooling. Technician showed up, spent 15 minutes trying to find the refrigerator model in his phone, told me he has no information on the refrigerator, left and charged me $156 diagnostic fee. There was no diagnosing, didn't take a look at a single thing on the refrigerator but the label to search for the model. Although I really dislike the all-day arrival time window, the service was great once the technician arrived. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly.

Had the repairman come to look at my Frigidaire dishwasher that was jammed shut due to a broken latch. He was on time, explained and diagnosed the issue, and looked for the replacement part for the latch. Unfortunately he nor his fellow distributors had the part. He was very honest and upfront about cost and labor and I appreciate that!! I highly recommend. The same gentleman had also looked at my Bosch dryer about 9 months prior. Same great experience!
