I made an appointment online. The nearest date was 9 days later. They sent multiple emails confirming, and a robocall telling me the technician was on his way. Right before his arrive time I received an email saying that my appointment was cancelled with no explanation. No response to my emails. I will not use them again.
The repair technician didn’t show up for our appointment, and there’s no phone number to call. I tried to chat online with 3 different agents - not one addressed the problem. Not one solved the problem. They just spit customer service jargon at you. I’m not even sure they were real people. Could not have had a worse experience.
They misrepresented with the total cost would be don't use
