The problem was not the technician it was the customer service we received from your office. We originally scheduled service and had to wait a week. My took off to be at home. Our block of time was from 1-5 PM on a Friday. At around 5 PM on the day of the scheduled visit, the technician cancelled service and rescheduled for one week later. some parts are not covered anymore everything used to be covered not anymore but the price is not any cheaper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This repairman told us our drain pump on our 18 month old dishwasher needed replaced they didn't make them anymore. I went to the Bosch website Q&A and ended up fixing the dishwasher myself. I should have done that in the first place & saved $99
