Needed oven control panel, was sent a refrigerator shelf. Called four different phone numbers for Sears - all went to automated service, couldn't get to a human This after over a month dealing with a home warranty service that finally engaged Sears to fix our oven.

I found the repair person not too friendly but he did replace the belt on my dryer to a tune of over $300. I found this way too high.

Had them come out to evaluate my refrigerator not keeping the temperature. The technician was nice but you could tell he was in the twilight of his career having done it for the last 30 years and just wanted to get out the door. . He was here 5 minutes and told me the problem was the control module and it would be over $500 to repair and just defrosting it would not work. I went without a refrigerator for MONTHS.(scheduled a OVER A month after I made the FIRST call OCTOBER 2022) I had to get through hosting family Thanksgiving WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR! FIRST appt was Dec.1, 2022. The technician Tom (let me pause here a moment to give Tom and ONLY TOM, a positive review. Tom was kind, sympathetic, and efficient) anyway...
