The refrigerator took way to long to fix. The first visit was on Sept 4th and it took 3 additional visits before it was fixed on Oct 14. The problem never changed and the error code never changed. Don't you think your guys could have done a better job getting it repaired so I did not have to go to the basement ever time I needed some thing from the refrigerator?

Very disappointed that our 6 y ear old Kenmore washing machine cannot be repaired because the needed part is no longer available. Six years for an expensive machine! We will never buy another item from Kenmore.
