The service was great. They had the items fixed in two days. Sears needs to start sending the service repair guys to the homes of people who buy the service contract. I would of paid a fee to have them come to my home so did not have to disconnect them and load them into the truck and drive into Fairbanks at -0 temps to have them fixed.
