my Kenmore Elit REFRIG was fixed lastyear ang that took 2 month to ger fixed then
The guy came and looked at our dishwasher and was there for 15 minutes. Told me it was cheaper to fix it ourselves. He also told me that since he was there for less than 15 minutes he wasn't going to charge us. I got an invoice so I called them up and them what happened. They told me since he drove out there and the guy shouldn't have promised that. They charged me $109.00 for a 15 minute it will be cheaper to do it yourself visit.
If I could rate and not click on ANY stars I would have!! Terrible communication. Waited on hold for 32 minutes to find out where my repair man was- appt was 1-5 block and it was 4:57-only to have my appt canceled and rescheduled for a week later!!! With NO ONE ACTUALLY TALKING TO ME FIRST!!!! Buying a new range- NEVER a Kenmore again!!
