I have been disappointed with sears ever since I bought my freezer it went out back in feb of 2020 and I still do not have it repaired or replaced I have spent about 6 hours total on the phone on hold waiting for a real person to talk to I lost about 1200.00 dollars worth of food and was rewarded with a 50.00 check so ni am very dissatisfied with sear and see why they went out of business
