Tech (David) showed up and informed us that installation made it a challenge to diagnose & repair. Rather than wait 5 minutes to allow me to pull the dishwasher out of its cavity, tech bolted - very odd. The following day, a cancellation notice was received 5 minutes prior to expected arrival despite us scheduling the day before. After an additional online reschedule, they did it again, and cancelled via email 10 minutes prior to expected arrival! UPDATE: March 14 Today is March 14, once again the repair guy canceled and reschedule my appointment for now March 17. Final spoke to a life person from Sear after several attempts. The agent at Sears asks me to read off all parts numbers that was order and she confirmed all had been deliver. (March 7).
