I had a service appointment today and it was the worst experience ever. The guy by the name of David was extremely rude with an attitude, he works for Sears A& E factory service. He knocked on my door within less then a minute as I opened the door he was already gone and inside his van. I had to walk out and chase him down to let him know I was home. He was very cordial and efficient and gave me extra tips on how to help my refrigerator run better.
Mr. Rogelio is a very professional technician, ha answer all my questions and try to help my situation as much as he can.
