Dave was very knowledgeable about my problem. He explained what the problem was and he corrected it. He also explained how to prevent it.
Great service, very happy with the tech
Technician was fantastic and got dryer fixed and cleaned. However, Sesrs Home Services is the worst. It took me 6 weeks to finally get my dryer fixed. My appointment was cancelled 4x and we were not notified on 2 of them. We just sat here waiting all day. You cannot get a person on the phone. I emailed support and received no response. I tried to reschedule when they didn’t come out. It would give me a date option - I selected the date, and 2 seconds later that wasn’t available. It did that 10x in a row. Beyond frustrating.
He tried to fix my washer and didn’t even know where the soap dispenser was…
