Technician was fantastic and got dryer fixed and cleaned. However, Sesrs Home Services is the worst. It took me 6 weeks to finally get my dryer fixed. My appointment was cancelled 4x and we were not notified on 2 of them. We just sat here waiting all day. You cannot get a person on the phone. I emailed support and received no response. I tried to reschedule when they didn’t come out. It would give me a date option - I selected the date, and 2 seconds later that wasn’t available. It did that 10x in a row. Beyond frustrating.
The gentleman was nice & explained everything I needed to know. Couldn't find anything wrong. Explained if I seemed to have a problem there is a 30 day warrant I can use. Hopefully, I won't need that. Thank you.
