It took almost 2 months from phone call to completed repair because Sears kept changing my appointments to a later date. if you choose not to purchase the Warranty plus they over estimate the labor hours, mine was about three hours and I couldn't get a refund, which you are required to pay before they will order the parts. As I understand it, I'm not the first person this has happened to that has refused the Warranty...so beware. I got my account in 1975 when my mother worked for Sears. Nope!! Never!! Don't call them if you have a LG appliance! They can't fix it but will come out and charge you for coming out knowing they can't fix it. Its so wrong!

Riding lawn mower repair service to your home. Confirmed service at 7:11 AM this morning. Sent notification that THEY had rescheduled the appointment to July 1, 2021 at 8:35 AM. We have already waited a month, now out of the clear blue just rescheduled.
