Scott was great and fixed the dryer in record time while sharing some advise so the same issue won’t happen again!
Technician diagnosed the issue and said it needed parts which we would order. However, my order is closed and there is no mention of any parts ordered. Had to recall the cus service and get another technician, who i think we do the same thing. THis has set me back another 2 days.. and god knows how many more days if the parts have to be back-ordered
