My Kenmore is old. I believe in taking care of what we have rather than buying something new at the drop of a hat. I hope Sears continues to take care of people that purchased things and the people who worked for them. I hope the repairman can find the part...
I tried to contact them to schedule an appointment and had to go through wayyy too many automated menus on the phone. Over 2 1/2 minutes of button pushing to then have it ring for minutes and never get answered. I’m going somewhere else where you can call and someone answers.
