On a Sunday afternoon we discovered our Kenmore refrigerator was warm, and were pleased to find that we could make an appointment for the next morning for a repair person. He came on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem; the fan motor needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the entire parts supply Sears maintains locally is what he has stored in his van, and it did not include the part, so we had to special order it and it would be a week. The service is difficult to set up appointments since the website is quite tricky, but once established, the service is good.
