I wish i never called them
Not only did they charge me 135 dollars to troubleshoot my washer Eich they did not repair. They also charged my card the day of the service. Then sent me a bill for the same service. When I called them and waited on hold for 15 min they asked me to forward a copy of the bank statement. I did that and 2 months later was contacted by a debt collector threatening to mark my credit for a bill that was already paid.
