Terrible. Appointment was never confirmed, they don't answer their phone, and they completely missed their first appointment!
My home warranty company (American Home Shield) contracted Sears to fix my stovetop…process started on 3/16(40 days ago)… they have no showed and cancelled 5 appointments. They also reported to AHS that I had rescheduled the appointments, which I did not. Dishonest business with terrible customer service, avoid if you can.
Called and made appointment, was told repairman could fix and carried all parts. Told then model number of oven and what it was not doing. Repairman showed up in crocs and a torn t-shirt. Spent 10 minutes testing the heating coils. Says he guessed it's the board. Most expensive part. Didn't test the board, fuse, or anything else. Says he doesn't have the part that he would have to order it and it takes 2 weeks. Said I should repair it myself. Said part cost $450. I checked local parts store, part cost $80.
