Mike, our service technician, was very professional, courteous and helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions, offered solutions, and left the area clean. Great technician!
Sears Appliance Repair was given all details of our issue (needing a water line replaced) and our refrigerator model. They sent out a technician who was not familiar with this model or how to replace the water line. Called someone on his phone, face-timed him and showed him everything & the man in the phone tried to explain to the technician what he needed to do. The estimate was outrageous so it was denied & then we were charged $182 'trip charge' for the technician they sent to our house who didn't even know how to do the ... read more
Terrible service have been without a refrigerator for 3 months. Only had my refrigerator for a year. Have the warranty and at this point want this refrigerator out of this house. Also did I mention now my freezer is going bad and losing money on food lost. Never again! Stay away!!
