The service person was very nice and arrive on time. He did his assessment and informed us the product could not be repaired. He said he would be in the paperwork and we would hear back from customer service. We did but not satisfied with them. They gave us 3 options for replacement and we picked the option they suggested. We then an email stating the product they suggested is no longer available and that we would be sent a check. they should not suggest something if it is no longer available.
