Here it is the end of May and I find out the Order for the part I was waiting for was cancelled in February, I WAS NOT INFORMED! I was told parts would no longer be sent to Sears Customers. Sears and Samsung are no longer working together! So inconsiderate on the part of of Sears not to let me know. I have been without the dishwasher since early January.
It sucked. A & E uses bate and switch. Was sent email stating diagnostic fee of $79.00 would be charged. A & E waved diagnostic fee and charged labor charge of $105.00 without fixing anything or repairs. Refused to pay bill until fixed. I have sent in two emails requesting corrections but no acknowledgement to date. Tried to contact by phone but I think I would have better luck trying to call God. Sorry but they suck.
Michael was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciate the time he took to investigate, explain and get the right parts ordered. The response time was quick and the repair work was done very quickly. I highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair for home appliance service.
I Don’t feel the technician properly diagnosed the problem. The refrigerator was still making ice and he said there is a leak in the internal system. Asked someone in the business and he said if it’s making ice but freezing up inside it’s not defrosting the system.
Extremely competent techs. Absolutely NO customer service. Impossible to talk with someone if you have a problem. Inflexible appointment changes.
