He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He knew the problem and it’s cause after I briefly explained the water leakage. He guided me on the drains in the fridge and how they can get clogged. He cleaned up well and provided tips to Maintain the fridge and the ice maker.
We have a Kenmoore Elite Model: 795.73165.610 and contacted Sears Appliance Repair in hopes of getting our refrigerator serviced. I was in shock that there was a Sears Appliance Repair considering they had closed stores. They were unable to keep their own appointments. My refrigerator is still down after a week. No apologies, nothing.
* Even though the contract end up not warranty the job, the A&E technician is very understandable and explain everything in detail. He offer to take everything out and cancel the warranty on my side. Thank you.
