Prior to appointment date I was already asked as to the problem of my washing machine, so I explained in detail in my text message thinking that the technician will have a clue & early diagnosis & can bring the necessary part or parts to fix my washing machine. He came in on the scheduled appointment but he (Farramarza, the technician)just plug the machine & operate the knob & not even 3 minutes he told me it’s the mother board & the part is not available so it wasn’t fixed & I ended up paying $129 for the visit just to diag... read more
