Are fridge died and they knew they couldn't fix it but because we still had insurance on it they came 6x to "fix" it after 2 months they gave us money for a new one and it came broke it's leaking into our floor original from the 20th and in the basement. We have had a broken refrigerator for a month no thanksgiving leftovers, after 5 attempts, I just want it fixes or replacement.
The worst customer service experience ever. Scheduled a diagnostic visit to have someone look at my dryer on my only day off during the week. They were supposed to be at my house between 8am-12noon. I sat around all morning waiting for the repair guy to show up, no one called or texted or emailed to say they would be late. Showed up at 2pm and refused to waive the diagnostic fee for me even though I wasted my entire day off waiting for them.
