Not helpful at all, technician went to wrong place, and was given no solutions to fix problem other than bu the overall warranty that would only work if I buy a new fridge. Wasted fee to state the obvious and offer no alternatives.
Problem still persists. However, repairman is returning to remedy the problem. I hate there is no phone number to call the local office. Everything is 800 to God only knows where. No way to contact local Sear repair office. Star rating would have been higher if not for inability to contact local office or repairman.
