Technician did a good job, however, I was quoted price of $99 and then charged $119.
My service technician Omari, was VERY prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and able to diagnose the issue with ease. Although I chose not to get the repair done on the machine, due to its age, I will DEFINITELY call Sears for future appliance repairs!!!

My technician arrived exactly at the time I expected and he was so helpful and personable. I am most impresssed. His name is Majid. The sad news is that my side by side refrigerator lite can only be fixed by spending over $500. I just can't do this. The needed electric part costs over $250 alone. For any one reading this review, do not by a Whirlpool refrigerator which has an elaborate inside light fixture. Look around to purchase one that requires just a lite bulb. I am quite disappointed!!!
