When they finally showed up for the appointment (late canceled 2x) they diagnosed the fridge as needing a compressor (which was covered under warranty). They ordered the parts and scheduled installation 2 weeks later. At the installation appointment, the tech determined he could not repair the fridge due to "contaminated lines". He packed up the replacement parts and said he had to take them with him because the fridge would need to be replaced. The technician was very professional and friendly. He completed the work in a timely manner.
It was an adjustment getting accustomed to the scheduling and service window wait times. But undoubtedly, my appliances have been completely and professionally restored to working order. The wait was worth it.
the customer service sucks it is out of india i had my refrigerator looked at the repair tech was good no complaints there. But i tried to get a estimate with the reason why the part failed and it was not on the paper work and my home owners insurance wont cover it unless it is there. Called 14 teen timer and just got a runaround with no help. The worst service ever i will never use them again now i have to file a fraudulent claim with my bank so i can try to get my money back.
Lots of horror story reviews out there but not so here. My experience with A&E repairs was a good one start to finish. I am totally happy with my Technican (Darnell) and the service to my refrigerator which he provided. Well Done!
