The last technician that fixed our dryer really did a good job. He's really knowledgeable about his job, he explained what did they repair. I can say that he's a good asset to your company. Mr. Charles Davis need to be acknowlkedge and deserves to be awarded on his good work.
THIS COMPANY LIES! I had an appointment scheduled for 7/20, and no one showed up. When I called, I was told by the woman who answered, as well as the manager Chris, that there had never been a technician scheduled. I went through Sears, who promised they would give me the service free of charge for my trouble and being lied to.. turns out that was a lie too. Getting my repair now through a different company, I would rather pay full price with a different company than give a cent to them.
