Stove was not assembled correctly. The stove top is not secured to the stove.
Scheduling the repair and receiving the parts for repair was very hard and alot of miscommunication or no communication at all. My service man was amazing! In and out with a fixed dishwasher in 20 min

My experience with sears appliance repair was horrible. The technician came to our house, checked our range, and ordered 2 parts. A week later only 1 of the parts came in, so I called customer service to find out what’s going on. After being transferred twice the service rep told me that we only needed 1 part for the repair, leaving me to wonder why he ordered 2. They seemed adamant that I only needed the 1 part I had.
