I made an appointment to have my Samsung refrigerator repaired and was told the repairman would arrive between 8:00 and 5:00. I spent ALL DAY waiting for him, and at 7:00 I got a text that I had been rescheduled for 5 Days in the future, and that he would arrive between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
