Don't use this service. Set up #1 appointment almost 3 weeks ago, they canceled that morning as tech was sick. Okay, that happens right? Set up second appointment, for today 2 1/2 weeks later... and NO ONE showed up, even though the website told me he was here (3pm). I contacted them right away, they said no he's on his way.... I did some yard work awaiting him, at 4:30 I contacted them again and was told the service team would call me when he was on way.
