Great repair guy, great service
Technician didn’t repair or attempt to repair the issue. The only thing he stated was his hatred for Samsung products and how they should stick to making TV’s. I have a brand new refrigerator with a door that won’t stay open when needed and an ice maker that won’t make ice. He said, there is ‘no findings’ of issues. Wished me luck.
