It's very nice because they can fix everything.
Repair guys were professional and competent but the wait time for the repair was ridiculous. I was without a dryer for a month because my first appointment took two weeks for the guy to come out and determine what I had already said was wrong with it when I made the appointment. It was a simple problem and so the part should have already just been ordered and brought when the guy came out. But he said he had to order the part and scheduled another appointment in another two weeks.
Rescheduled and confirmed the reschedule of my appointment without contacting me.
