FYI! Although when you call they tell you the $99 service/diagnosis fee will come off the top of the bill, it does not. The tech explained that right away. Bait and switch???? The technician was great! It took him less than 2 hours to repair it. Me paying over $600 to replace a defective compressor on my less than 4 year old Kenmore is not. Be sure to look into the lawsuit.
