I purchased a warranty on my washing machine and have had several service technicians to my house. None of them have been able to find the problem and after waiting multiple days at home, I just spent an entire Saturday waiting on a technician, only to find out that he canceled my appointment because he claimed there was nothing wrong with my machine. Keith was a real pro and fixed my fridge SAME DAY ONLINE SERVICE CALL with a new part which he had on the truck in 30 mins or less explaining what the problem was and showing me the part which went bad. Best service repair call I’ve ever had.
Amazing! Fast response (next day!!) friendly and pleasant attitude. Explained problems and offer tips to prevent recurrence. This is what a good service company should be in this world of very superficial service attitudes.
The technician fixed the refrigerator freezer and it is working great now.
