I have been buying Sears Appliances for years. I own Washer, Dryer, Overhead Microwave/Convection oven, Refrigerator, and finally my dishwasher. All either Kenmore Elite or LG. Dishwasher is not working. Called what appeared to be local number got an international call center (typical for the times). Could not speak to a local rep to get a quote for repair. Fixed water softner - two parts were replaced and she had them in her truck so the repair was done in 30 min or less. She kept giving advice on how to keep the item in good shape and was very experienced with the item .. The best I've ever had from a repair person..
