Worst experience EVER! Ended up needing to take 6 days off of work because the best estimate of when they will be there is between 8am and 5pm. But don't believe that either, one repairman showed up at 7:30pm and another at 5:30pm. They don't have the courtesy to call and keep you informed of their ETA so your held hostage in your house! Will NEVER buy from Sears again. Their service is the WORST I have ever experienced!
I had my dryer serviced on Oct. 28, 2015 and was very pleased. The repairman was very nice and efficient. It was wet outside and he took the extra time to make sure he did not track in dirt and water. Very pleased.
