Totally unreliable the call center is useless they tell you the tech will call and they never do They don't keep appointments out of all the Call Cdnters I have dealt with Sears is the worst very incompetent people. They deserve a negative rating they are that bad.

Have been waiting for a backordered part with no response when it will get here. They can't order from anyplace but their backordered manufacturer. Even tho I've seen the part on ebay. They already charged me the diagnoses fee that I thought went towards them fixing it but they said no, even though it says it online. Already charged for parts and repair too even tho it hasn't been fixed yet and I'm doubting it ever will. 4 weeks without a washer is a long time with no response to when the part will arrive or if they even can... read more
Did not have the address correct and did nothing to actually service us . Called /texted no response so I have another company coming . We are now 2 weeks without our washer. Also 60 dollars into the laundry mat . Never again
