Service rep came on time, same day. Fixed the sealing of our French door freezer w/o requiring any parts! Very nice fellow. Would call again if necessary.
Repairman showed us how to increase water level for larger loads even though the machine program would not.
I had purchased the extended warranty on my snow-thrower from Sears many years ago. BEST thing I ever did! Snow thrower repair was completed (a belt) on my snow-thrower 2/16/2021 and it is running perfectly now! Scheduling was easy, serviceman was prompt, polite, masked and very knowledgeable. Thank you!
The repairmen were Very knowledgeable and efficient. The repair center was in frequent contact through emails and phone messages regarding scheduling. The only issue was the length of time to receive the part so the technician could finally come back to repair our dishwasher.
